User cannot access customer voice

I have a user who has the D365 customer service enterprise license, the project owner and survey sender role and her License type (in the user administration) is set to 'Enterprise' however when she accesses customer voice (https://customervoice.microsoft.com/) she gets the following error. The show technical details does not display any more information. She can send surveys from D365 but just not access customer voice to author them

    I have solved this issue. The customer had 2 office 365 tenants, when logging into dynamics as their other tenant username this worked but when logging into customer voice as the other tenant user name it didn't. When they logged in as the correct tenant user name it worked
