when creating an attachment for an interaction, word opens without menu bar. So no fields can be inserted. How do you let nav open word with a menu bar?

Does Word open with menu bar by default?
If not, please try this out: support.microsoft.com/.../en-gb
Otherwise, please let me know if this issue only occurs when opening Word from NAV.
