Package Deployment Error in On-premises environment

Hi Champs,

I am trying to deploy a package in On-premises environment. But while deploying I am getting the following error in Och1 event viewer:

Any idea regarding this error?

Along side, I have manually synchronized the database for safe side and it synced successfully.

    Hi Ehtasham,

    Try to restart all the VM's and re-deploy the package from LCS.

    Is there any hotfixes included in the Package? when we tried with Hotfix it failed for us.

    Also make sure you are using the same Platform and Application versions as On-Prem.

    There might be a mismatch in the classes between the versions.

    Hi Ansar,

    I have restarted all the VMs. Deployment is still failing. I have two AOSs in my case and following errors pops up in fabric cluster:

    7120.Error.PNG

    It doesn't give any proper error message in Orchestrator or AOS's event viewers.

    Any idea?

    Hi Ehtasham,

    Did you try deploying without the package? did it work? 

    As i said did you verify the package you created is the same version as of On-Prem.

    Also verify if there is any Anti-virus or Firewall enabled, as the error states Time-out expired.

    Yes I have verified the versions. Those are same.

    Hi Ansar,

    I did not get what do you mean by "Deploy without package".

    Additionally I have disabled anti virus and firewall but still it is failed.

    Another attempt I have made with few changes and created the package, uploaded on LCS and it failed again with following message:

    "Could not find FileLocations.xml in the package '[MyPackage]'"


    Any idea regarding this message?

    Hi Ehtasham,

    Are you deploying the On-prem environment for the first time or it's already deployed and you are just deploying the package?

    I meant about deploying the package after the On-prem successful Implementation.

    Kindly contact Microsoft if you are still facing errors, need further investigation on the Logs.

    Hi Ansar,

    On-Prem environment is deployed. Now I am deploying the package actually.

    On-prem environement has been successfully implemented.

    Hi Ehtasham,

    In such cases what kind of customization are you deploying, is that related to SYS layer over-riding or may be some dependency might be missing.

    Check Main Orchestrator Event Viewer for Logs for more information.
