There is no specific format for technical design documents, it varies between different organizations.
Technical design document will hold all your code changes so, for example, it could be like this;
1. Overview
2. Design changes
2.a Tables
Table name:
Method:
New or updated:
2.b Classes
2.c Base Enums

Since its no specific format for technical design documents. Can I use MS Sure step methodology steps ? Is that applicable for TDD. Could you please suggest.
