What is the best/or recommend a program language for CRM Online
I need to learn one, and I'm not a programmer at all.

It depends on the kind of work you're doing. I write a lot of plugins (database trigger equivalent), so I use a ton of C# (any .Net language would do). You can do a ton of really neat client side work using javascript too, so I think those are the best two places to start. There two type of programming langue you need to learn as suggested, Client Side and Server Side. For client side you need to learn Java script, jquery, Ajax and for the server side, you can use C# or VB.net, I seen very rare cases developer using VB.net. if you want to see comparison you can look into this post:

my suggestion will be to start with basic java script and c# course before directly jumping to CRM development, it will make things easy for you.

C# still the recommended one and for form scripting it is JavaScript.
