Dear expert(s),
I'm not able to add a job-quote report (id#1016) as a standard template for job-quotes.
Scenario: from a job, navigate in ribbon to Report > Send Job Quote, gives the error that "The Report Selections table is empty".
NAV does have functionality for Sales-, Purchase-, Bank- etc reportselections, but seems to be missing such for Jobs.
Most logically it would be available as an usage-option under Report Selections - Sales, but can't select this under Usage dropdown.
Only way to do it is to add it on each individual customer-card, by selecting Document Layouts > Usage > JobQuote
Or just use Report > Preview Job Quote, and then print it out as PDF and manually attach it to an email.
My end-goal is to have my custom job-quote report (which already implemented) to be the standard set report for job quotes and to be added with "Send Job Quote" function.
Hopefully someone has an idea, or maybe its a bug in standard NAV18...

I have the same question (0)
After trying several ways, finally fixed it myself :-)
Used RapidService and exported table #77 to Excel, added Usage type "JQ" as an extra entry, Priority 1 and imported the table back into NAV.
This did the trick, so new JQ (JobQuote) report template is automatically available under the option "Send Job Quote", without adding it manually to each individual customers'-card
