Physical inventory in Advanced Warehouse management

Hi, I need to create a form that shows the on hand quantities for our items.  We are using advanced warehouse management.  
 
My understanding is that physical available and reserve ordered are not in the inventsum table, but in the the WHSInventReserve table.
 
I think I can create a query summarizes these two tables and then filter by physical inventory > 0
 
Does that sound right?

    No, it's unfortunately more complicated than it looks. 
    WHSInventReserve is keeping track of reserved quantity per reservation hierarchy level, and only for warehouse enabled items.

    I was able to do it by restricting the avail physical and reservation quantities to the Site level - hierarchy level 1.
