Right now, I have project is about creating a C# interface thought OData to D365FO.
However, I stuck at one step, I do not know how to get following information(Red boxes).
Does anyone know how and where I can get those information.

Please refer to this post. It specifies the information you need .
Resource is the URL of the target D365FO environment. Tenant is your AAD tenant. You can create a client secret through Azure portal (for your app registration). Have you already register an app in Azure Active Directory?

1. If user Azure directory is AAAA.com. Is the ActiveDirectoryTenant "https://sts.windows.net/AAAA.com"
2. Is this(red boxes) value ActiveDirectoryClientAppSecret (the value after click new client secret)
3. Is ActiveDirectoryResource same as ServiceUri?

Hi,
1. You can find the tenantId from Azure portal. You can refer to this link to find the tenant Id. The ActiveDirectoryTenant will be "login.windows.net/your-AD-tenant-ID"

3. It is D3365 F&O root URL. Note: Do not end this field with a forward slash character (/). For an example, https://usnconeboxax1aos.cloud.onebox.dynamics.com (for Dev VM downloaded from LCS).
