Lookup for Table IDs

Hello,

 I'm trying to create a lookup for all Tables from a custom field. I tried creating a SysTableLookup with the datasource being SysModelElement on the onLookup() event of the field on a form. Even without adding any range to the ElementType field on the table, the lookup does not show any data.

When I try to open Table Browser from the Application Explorer's System tables for SysModelElement, it shows no data. I tried going to the DAT company to see if it shows there, but it doesn't. 

Any ideas on how to look up Table IDs from a custom field in D365 F&O, please?

    Thanks. I decided to use SqlDictionary table instead, since I only need tables and not all the other objects. SqlDictionary table still has the table and field information, so it works for now. Thanks again.
