As the title says, the SLA updates its warning time correctly, but doesn't update the warning time reached, or the status.
I'm using Dynamics 365 on premise, version 1612. Any ideas how to solve this?

Hi Andrei,
I want to point out here that the background workflow may take time to refresh the status.
Maybe you can check the Timer Control configuration and also check the SLA Item Configuration. If possible, please send us the screenshot of the Timer Control configuration and the SLA Item.
Or you can open a case with Support team to further analysis and collect more info.
