There's a few details I'm missing. I assume when you say "every migration" you mean a code move from your development environment to another environment, and you are doing this by means of moving the entire layer (axCUS.aod file)?

Moving layers is our preferred method of moving code, and issues as you describe should not occur unless things are in fact not in that layer to begin with.

It's very unusual to move a single layer and .aoi, it could be the first problem. Try to copy the .aod file only and let AX to build application index on its own (it happens automatically when AOS is strarting).

You may also have a modification of your menus in USR/USP, hiding your CUS version. Remove USR and USP layers on the target environment.

    Hi,

in every migration we r deleting axapd.aoi file so it can create new index file inservise start

and i tried  to copy cus layer with axcus.aod, aoi and  *.alc,*.ald,*.ali  and past it to other environment but facing same isshue  not getting same menus and one report

Unfortunately Martin and I are saying the same thing. Don't move the AOI, only the AOD. And if that doesn't work it means your menus etc are in another layer than CUS altogether.
