Hi everyone, I'm using Dynamics 365 for outlook with a CRM 2016 (8.1) on prem installation and Outlook 2016.Recently it was brought to my attention that data is only flowing one direction, from outlook to CRM. But not from CRM to Outlook. I've scoured the boards and what not trying to find a solution to this. Any help on figuring out what may be wrong, or what setting I'm missing would be appreciated.Thanks!

Please check if your synchronization filters are enabled and set accordingly.

If the sync filter is disabled, then data will not be synced from CRM to Outlook.
