Hello all,
is there any possibility to assign an item salex tax group to some chosen customers?
I know, that we assign a salex tax group to customers and can assign a default item salex tax group to project categories. But now we created a new item salex tax group and the user wants, that it will be a default item salex tax group for a few customers. Is that possible at all?
It's AX 2012.

Not to my knowledge.
There is a GL parameter that allows you specifying a default item sales tax group but this setup is not customer specific.

Hello Jule,
The 'Item sales tax group' cannot be assigned to Customer and neither to Customer group. You can assign 'Sales tax group' to Customer - and it is then defaulting the Sales tax group to invoices and payments with that customer account. You can also assign 'Default tax group' to Customer group, but it is used only for defaulting 'Sales tax group' when a new customer account is created with selected Customer group. I hope this helped you to understand all possibilities.
