Dear Community,
I have created a lead scoring model and successfully activated it with all the working scores. When I look at the score, I have few Sales ready leads, but when I look at the insights of the lead it shows no insights.
Sometimes the insights are showing only one email opening and nothing else, which makes it difficult to believe in the accuracy of the lead score, as some of the lead have high scores even though not having insights related to the lead score.
How can my lead be sales ready if there are no insights on the lead or better only few insights that do not match the sales ready score?
