You could set up automatic replies in outlook or use power automate to create flows.

Zap Helpdesk App has a feature where if a customer sends an email for opening a new case or regarding an existing case...then it can check customer service calendar to see if this is outside business hours (including holidays) and send an auto-response using an Out-of-hours template rather than a regular template!
Si di i need to create a power automate flow and get the dates from 'Calender' entity in Holiday Schedule of Customer Service. Can you please guide me how to configure the settings of flow as i am new to it?
