Loyalty Card Transactions

Hi Experts,

I have made necessary setup and transactions as:

1. loyalty program setup in D365 Retail

2. loyalty scheme setup in D365 Retail

3. assigned new loyalty card in customer master header

4. made sales order of that customer in D365

But no loyalty card transaction is showing. Or how can i make loyalty card transaction?

Is there any setup missing or master data assignment is missing? Kindly suggest and share setup & transaction document

RE: Loyalty Card Transactions

Please go to Retail -> Retail IT -> Loyalty -> Process loyalty schemes. Do ‘Process loyalty schemes’. After it done, you need run sync job 1050.

If it still not working, please log a new service request for it.
