Ax 2012 : WorkFlow type is not visible in the list

Recently, I started working on workflow in Ax 2012.

I am following https://dynamicsaxinsight.wordpress.com/2015/02/16/ax-2012-create-custom-workflow/ link

for developing workflow .

After following all the steps , still my created workflow type is not visible in WorkflowTableListPage 

Kindly help me!!

    briefly specify what steps you have done, so we may have idea what you have missed.

    as quick check I want to know if you have created a new menu item for WorkflowTableListPage  for your custom workflow type?

    Yes,

    I have already created  a new menu item WorkflowTableListPage

    On Properties sheet of the display menu item

    I Set EnumTypeParameter to ModuleAxapta.

    I  Set EnumParameter to Basic.

    But at the time of designing workfow.. i am not able to see my created Workflow Type.

    Though i am able to see other base workflow type in  create workflow window.

    go to AOT\Workflow\Workflow Categories

    Select your newly created category and right click it, go to properties. now note down Module

    is module property of your workflow category same as on your menu item WorkflowTableListPage

    I have a very complex requirement. Could you please help me??

    I have to develop a workflow in ax 2012.

    Steps are:

    1.User will generate an item request by entering itemname and other information.

    2.User will sent request for approval.

    3.first Approver will be able to reject or approve the request.

    4.In some specfic conditions second  approver will approve the request.But second approver will only be able to approve or reject the request after the approving of first approver

    your second requirement is simple and nothing seems complex there.

    kindly post a new question so it can be answered separately by me or anyone else.

    completing implementation at one thread is not useful for anyone. also it makes ambiguous to discussion with respect to title of question.

    please create a new question and mention clearly what you have done till now and what is issue
