Loading of Budget with dimension

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Hi guys,

May I ask if someone know how to upload/import Budget per dimension(Branch) in NAV 2013 R2. I'm having a hard time to encode it manually, since we have almost 80 branches.

Thanks for your help in advance.

You can first export and then import back budgets using the Import Budget from Excel batch job and the Export Budget to Excel batch job: msdn.microsoft.com/.../hh928285(v=nav.70).aspx

Try Configuration Worksheet, but be sure that you picked button "Dimensions as columns". This will allow you to import dimensions in lines, and NAV will automatically create dimension sets.
