I post goods for internal consumption through Item Journals (Negative Adjmt.) and this is OK.

I have problem when I want to buy something for internal consumption. When I put desired Iten No. and Quantity, they are not reflected in Requisition Worksheets, I have small nventory for such goods and this is very often event. We have to write this items on paper. How to automate this process in NAV? Where I can put planned consumption goods (not in budget) so as to affect to item availability.

I had the same problem. For this purpose, I use Sales Order functionality. Everything you put in the Sales Order Lines will be affect to item availability and planning in "Requisition Worksheets" works normaly.

Problem is posting; I use specific "system customer" named as "internal consumption". This customer is set with specific posting groups and payment method with balance account number.

This is an interesting idea. Can you explain more detailed settings?

I am not sure about your Chart of Accounts. These are some universal account setup, and I hope that these enough:

-Gen. Bus. Posting Group = Sales Account and Sales Credit Memo Account are 'off-balance account'; COGS Account and Inventory Adjmt. Account are consumption cost accounts

-VAT Bus. Posting Group = without VAT (0%)

-Customer Posting Group = only Receivables Account (same off-balance account as on "Gen. Bus. Posting Group")

These are customer posting groups and that is enough for setup.

OK, thanks. I will try this setup.

One more question. How to separate these documents from other standard sales invoices?

You can use different "No. Series" for these documents.

In addition, you can make some customization. I made another forms and reports with some table customization, specially designed for this process. But you must some development.
