Team Permissions not working after upgrade to Dynamics CRM v9.1.15.32

Hi all,

I imported a Dynamics CRM v8.2 database backup to a new Dynamics CRM v9.1.15.32 server. I then updated this environment to the v9.1.15.32 version.

In the old CRM v8.2, it is the case that a record of a particular entity can only be created if the owner is a team. For this purpose, there is a security role assigned to a specific team. In CRM v8.2, if you do not change the owner to a team, you will get an error message and the record will not be created.
Unfortunately, in the new CRM v9.1 environment, this no longer works. It is now possible to create a record of this entity without changing the owner to a team first.
Nothing has been changed and this functionality is standard from Microsoft CRM.

Does anyone possibly have an idea where the problem is here or what I could check to fix the problem?

Thanks a lot
