Case management for collections in D365FO

Hi all!

I am looking at the case management functionality for the Credit and Collections module but am having trouble finding any detailed documentation.

Does someone have some pointers for this?

Also, I would just like some clarification that the case management in Collections is basically the same functionality for general case management in D365FO and has been adapted for collections. Or is it a completely different thing?

Hi Judy,

Thanks for this. I had already looked through these. They do talk about case management, but don't specifically cover Credit and Collections. I would like something specifically for C&C. Also, can I assume that the Case Management functionality for C&C is based on the general case management functionality? It doesn't say in these blogs.

Hi EUH,

For the collections, the general case management is used; only with a case category for the collections. If you need documentation, you can initially check the generic case management documentation.
