Cash discount - Replace a suspended account with a new account, but the system keeps pointing to the old/suspended account.

Hi All, 

I have a suspended account 532.

I replaced it with the new/active account 568:

Then post a vendor payment, but somehow the system keeps pointing to the old account 532.  In screenshot 2, it has been updated the new account and closed out the page.  So it should be saved.  I also clicked on the refresh sign, but it didn't seem to do anything.  Could someone suggest why I have this error?  Thanks so much!

    Hi Kim,

    What you can try is deleting the usage data that might be related to the journal and the cash discount form to ensure that this is not the underlying issue.

    If this does not help then double check whether you have a cash discount account setup in your tax posting profiles, which is a second source for setting up those accounts.

    If also this looks fine then talk to some system admins/developers because there might be something wrong with this machine then.

    Hi Ludwig,

    I did delete it and created a new vendor payment, but I had the same error.  This is AX.  Is there a way to jump-start the environment?  The refresh button did not help.  Thanks.

    Can you try deleting this single payment line and journal and create it new again to make sure that your old setup is not cached somewhere.

    Have you tried with the new invoice posting after rhe change and check if this works?
