I need to know the integration part of Dynamics 365 with the third party POS. How the mapping will be done and also the use of API. Since the 3rd Party POS works similarly like a Microsoft POS, how the push and pull services will work. Also if there need to be changes done in the HQ side? Need an urgent help on this.

How you build the integration will depend on the third party POS. Assuming that there are decent API's in the third party POS, then building a good integration is possible.
I think those are very abstract questions, since only you know what "third party POS" in your case is - it is up to you to figure out how to customize it.

Thanks for the help. What are the changes we have to do for the 3rd Party POS to work with Dynamics 365. Also can u suggest some tools which are helpful in this. I have no idea on working with 3rd Party integration. Also there are tables for the 3rd Party POS. How to map those tables with the Retail Servers so that correct values flow to the POS and vice versa.

If your intention is to substitute the POS shipped as part of Dynamics 365 with another POS you could do that as soon as that POS can compose HTTP requests and handle HTTP responses. POS Dynamics 365 ships is "just" a client communicating to Retail Server (in online mode). Retail Server provides number of APIs through ODATA so you could use any tool capable of intercepting HTTP traffic and you will see what requests are sent to Retail Server.
