I keep getting this error on D365 in Finance and Operation when I want to Import currency exchange rates.

Error is likely due to incorrect configuration of currencycode & currencycodeiso fields in currency table. browse using mi=systablebrowser&tablename= currency to make sure both fields are having same values. If not make sure it's same by changing it through currencies setup form in GL.

I am using the USMF entity in the free trial. It looks like the currency code and currency code ISO field has been set up correctly.

Do you get this pop-up message as warning or error message? It can be related to mismatching of currency code and ISO code currency.

Hi Kytie95,

The OANDA service requires a valid API key. Did you enter a key as part of one of the subscriptions from OANDA? The exchange rate provider is added in Dynamics 365, but the service from OANDA is not a public free service.

I am using AX 2012, please can you guide where is the option to enter API key for Oanda

In D 365 its pretty straight forward as compare to AX 2012

receiving following error message when running periodic "import currency exchange rate "An exchange rate could not be found for ISO currency codes USD and JPY, on the following date: 6/24/2022. Verify the ISO currency codes that are supported by the provider and that are available for the requested date."

Based on the date of the error, I would assume that the exchange rate isn't yet available through the service, assuming you've acquired an API key as indicated by others.
