Back in AX2012 R1, after timesheets are approved, an hour journal gets automatically created in PMA that allows editing before posting the hour journal. However in R3, hour journals are no longer created. Instead, approved timesheets appear in "Unposted Timesheets" with no ability to edit them (for instance unable to edit financial dimension distributions if wrong).
Is there a way to edit approved timesheets in R3.

Hi Boubacar,
There is no functional support for editing approved timesheets. Approved means that it is checked and correct. However some timesheets cannot be posted due to some errors. Then you would like to have an recall action after it had been approved. This is not possible using functionality, but it is possible to change the status on the header and the lines or correct the information in the tables directly using the table browser or SQL management studio.
