Updated VAT Amount via API Purchase Invoice

Hello

How can you update the VAT Amount via API on draft purchase invoices, from the UI you can do it from the statistics page. The statistics page is based of a temporary table so you cannot just make API page based off the table/page.

I know it will require some development.

Any Ideas/ Help with a solution
