Error "Cannot have multiple initial pick work lines." while picking in mobile WMS portal

Dear All,

Does anybody know what may cause the error message "Cannot have multiple initial pick work lines." while trying to start picking process in WMS portal and entering proper work ID.
Location directive and work template work fine, they create corresponding actions and location number suggestions:

Hi Eugene,

On the mobile device menu item, untick the 'Pick and Pack' tick box.
