Integration of Dynamics CRM with Social Media Platforms (Facebook and Whatsapp)

Greetings

I want to integrate CRM Online with social media to capture leads. Do I have to use the third party apps to connect my CRM to Facebook/Whatsapp? If it is the only way to use third party apps, which ones are recommended? Can i also get the material that can help me to accomplish this integration
