"Work Hours" missing from Resources Form

Hi all

Possibly post an update we have lost the "Work Hours" Tab / Calendar from the form.

I have removed the "Work Hours" from the form then re applied it and still does not appear.

It's a bit tricky as I presume it's some sort of box / iFrame and Work Hours is not an entity.

Last time I imported I believe that it's a hidden calendar entity.

All hours are still correctly showing on the Schedule board.

Have a support ticket open wondering if anyone else affected.

Thanks

Antony

This has now been resolved by MS and is working OOB.

    Hi.

The Work Hours is a PCF component. You have two options, add it back to the form via classic UI, or if you did not have much customization in your form, you could remove the Active Layer.

RE: "Work Hours" missing from Resources Form

    Hi Antony,

Please check if the entity Bookable Resource is using a custom form ‘Bookable Resource (UI)’, then this form could be missing the Work Hours tab. When switch back to the OOB form 'Information', Work Hours tab must appear as intended.

Please be instructed to modify the ‘Bookable Resource (UI)’ form to meet the expectation.

Modify the Bookable Resource (UI) form in the support instance

    • Open the Bookable Resource (UI) form, insert a new tab, name it Work Hours.
    • In the tab Work Hours, drag and drop the field Calendar.
    • Double click on the field Calendar, go to Controls and add Work Hour control
    • OK > Save > Publish > Publish all customizations.

After that Work Hours tab will be working on your Bookable Resource (UI) form.

In case, you are not using a custom form ‘Bookable Resource (UI), for next step, could you please do below steps:

Login the Power Platform admin center by admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com.
    Login to your the environment
Please check if there is any update available to the: Dynamics 365 Service Scheduling.

If so, please update to the latest version.

Thank you for using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Communities!
