1.00 cannot be picked because only 0.00 is/are available from the inventory.

Good Afternoon All,

I am receiving this error when attempting to process a transfer journal.  I've checked the on-hand quantity and see where I have more than enough but still unable to transfer between locations.  Has anyone else have this issue????

    Dear Nemesis,

    It happens sometimes. I have faced with one of our client. And I found all these are just refresh kind of issue.

    Sometimes even with dimension you will not find the onhand with dimension in journal lines. And when if you check onhand inventory you will find it.

    Suggested process

    1. Delete the journal lines

    2. Clear cache of user and server side.

    3. Do database sync.

    Try to enter the journal and check if it is solved.

    Hi Nemesis,

    The issue could be because the inventory that you are trying to transfer is reserved.

    You would need to unreserve the inventory (which is another process) and then try again.

    Another solution to this issue is trying to transfer the product with a Scanner(Using scanWrok).
