Automatic creation of all contacts in an incoming mail

Hello everyone.
 
Our small sales team uses the customer service workspace for their daily work. I've automatic case creation turned on. Each incoming mail therefore creates a case (or is being sorted into one).
 
Now the distribution list of these incoming mails is very long sometiems and so far every contact "from" and "cc" is being created as a new contact (if it doesn't exist already). I'd like to turn off this functionality and only want the "from" adress to be created as a new contact. The other mails can stay in an unresolved state. Is there a way to do this?

    To automatically create contacts from all incoming emails in Microsoft Outlook or Dynamics 365, you can use Power Automate (Microsoft Flow). Here's a clear overview of how to set it up

    Trigger: When a new email arrives (V3)

    • Connector: Outlook / Office 365 Outlook

    • Choose your mailbox (e.g., work or shared inbox)

    • Add a filter if needed (e.g., only external senders or only inbox)3.

    • Action: Create Contact

    • Depending on your destination:

    • Dynamics 365 → Use "Create a new record" in Dataverse with type "Contact"

    • Outlook Contacts → Use "Create contact" in Outlook connector

    • SharePoint List → Use "Create item" with name and email fields
