This customer journey has errors. Warning: This email is not commercial. - unable to set journey live

Hi,

I've created a transactional journey for the umpteenth time. Same set up as I've set up before without any issues. However, today I was unable to put the customer journey live for reasons I don't understand. 

When I check for errors, I do get the normal warning message as this is a transactional journey:

I can confirm this by checking the designer tab:

Normally, I would be able to go live with the journey and this is expected behaviour here as well. Unfortunately, the system has decided for me that I can't push it live.

Has anyone experienced the same problem before and/or has Microsoft made any changes/updates lately that could affect this?

    Hi SveinS,

    This Warning "This email is not commercial" would not force your Customer Journey Going living.

    Did you get other error about this Customer Journey?

    Hi Steve

    Thanks for the answer. I'm afraid there isn't any other error message. I've double and triple checked everything. Emails are set as transactional, etc. Everything seems to be OK, but I'm still unable to go live with this journey.

    Hi SveinS,

    If you recreate a Customer Journey and only has a "Send Email" tile, could it Go Live?

    If this issue persists, you would better raise a ticket to feedback this.

    Hi.

    Problem resolved. There was a hidden error message that caused it all. That "error" seems to be something that has recently been implemented. Doing it this way has not yielded an error in the past.
