Stuck in Trial Version

We purchased Microsoft Dynamics 365, but my account continues to be stuck in the Free Trial version.  There is no "help" or "contact support" availble.  Every time I try, I wind up on the Dynamics 365 Sale page where I can contact them for a Demo or I can sign up for a free trial.  How do I contact Microsoft to get rid of the trial and allow me access to  set up our Dynamics account?

    You can create a support ticket for professional assistance following the below procedure.

    --Trying to login in Power Platinum admin center, then create one support:

    Also, you can check your existing environments or create new environment in this same page:

    Then you can refer to the following link to install app that you need to environments you want:
