Missing New Case and Delete iafter importing from CRM 2016 in the Customer Service Hub.

Hi

Dyn 365 on-premise

The default Customer Service Hub (9.x) has the following buttons on the menu:

However, when importing my 2016 solution using deployment manager I am missing the New Case and Delete options

How can these be added back?

What is causing this behavior?
