Insert Image Function Emails - Real-time Journeys

Hi,
 
When I create an email in Real-time Journeys, I can't find "insert image function" to insert an image to the email content.  Outbound marketing has this function. I have attached the screen shots from Outbound marketing and real-time journeys. Can you please advise where to find it?
