Add is missing for N:N relationships since 21-1

Since 21-1 were are not able to add new N:N relationships.

I raised a call to MS, but does anyone have a suggestion how to work around this problem?

    Microsoft helped us out and provided us with a patch. In this patch the add button for N:N relationships for accounts, contacts and leads is added in the ribbon again.
