Attachment while scheduling an appointment in Dynamics crm

Hi,
I want to send an attachment while scheduling an appointment from Dynamics crm. At this point, When i fill in all the details and click on save, an email is triggered to the client which is OOB.  Once a record is created, I can add attachments but It is not synced to the previous email. 
Can I not attach a document while I am scheduling an appointment just like Outlook? Please help
PS: I can attach Image from using Rich text editor

    We analyzed your needs and according to the official documentation, you can't add attachments until after you save the appointment.
     
    We propose the following alternative solutions
    1. For image-based attachments, you can use the /Add Image button/ of the rich text editor.
    2. For text-based, zipped files you can add a hyperlink to the file.
    3. If you think there is security in the above ways, you can use Dynamics 365 For Outlook to create appointments.
     
    In addition, if the above solutions do not meet your needs, you can also use the links below to seek help from Microsoft Technical Support.
