Sending an email to a specific recipient via Workflow

Hi everyone

I have a need to send an email to a specific recipient (all of which are CRM users) depending on the contact shown in a specific field.

So, our Prospect table has a field called Primary Fundraiser which will contain one of three names, an example of which is shown below:

I would like the Workflow to send an email to the relevant Primary Fundraiser depending on who it is. I've tried putting the table name and field name in the To box but this doesn't work:

Does anyone know how I'd be able to achieve this?

Sending an email to a specific recipient via Workflow

Hi,

To send an email to a custom entity, please refer to the following steps.

Go to the Prospect entity in Power Apps and check the two options marked in the image in Properties.

In the Workflow Send Email step, the Prospect entity can then be added to the /To/ field.

When a new record is created, the workflow works as expected.
