Error throwing while doing production order-ECC number need to fill in

Hi Experts,
 
Need your immediate suggestion.
 
while clicking on the /report as finish/ in production order, I'm getting the error called /ECC number need to fill in/
 
Below is the screen shot for reference
 
Actually, its not throwing error for all the items.
 
In above highlighted screen shot, the same item posted successfully few days back.
 
Looks like throwing error randomly.
 
Need experts suggestion on this.

    Hi Kevin,
     
    There is no customization in this form(standard D365F&O Production Order).
     
    ECC number is taking from tax information form(Indian Localization).
     
    Item Level there is no option of giving ECC number.

    Is this your custom field? I checked the standard system and didn't see anything about this field. If it is customized content, it is recommended to check the verification rules for this field. If this is not a custom field, you can check the affected items' ECC numbers for inconsistencies or missing data.
