Hi,

I created Balance report for one Main account in MR and made the same account balance report in GL and there are difference

I have missing specific transaction in MR balance report. We found that missing transaction comes from one sales order and the same sales orders inventory closing transactions.

Does someone have any solution how to fix that?

You have to refresh data mart for MR. It is known issue with MR.

As I have already mentioned that this is known issue with Management reporter and I have applied this solution to different clients. Client have verified and confirmed that MR and AX properly sync after refreshing MR.

I spoke with college who started to work with this issue.

There was problem with double data in MR and we rebuild problem. After rebuilding that one transaction disappeared from MR.

I hope that refreshing will help.

Issue was solved.

For some mystical reasons transaction was posted with financial dimension what doesn't exist in AX2012 financial dimension list.

If Financial dimension combination is not valid, then transaction can't be seen in Management reporter reports.

Hi Inga,

You may also want to see the financial dimensions added in the integrating applications.

Go to General Ledger > Setup > Financial Dimensions > Financial dimensions for integrating applications.

You will need to have your financial dimensions added above to be able to see those transactions in MR.
