Missing of Financial dimension for more than 600 employees after deactivated accounts structure

Hi Experts,

Almost 9 days before someone deactivate "Configure Accounts structure" in our system after that our system was not showing Financial dimensions Fast tab in HR module, That issue was resolved. Now what happen after resolving that issue more than 600 employees financial dimension data is missing please help and support.

Hello Shabir,

I would recommend that you talk to one of your developers.

They should have a backup of your system and should be able to retrieve the findims from there and bring them back into your live environment.

That might be the fastest and easiest way to get those data back.

Hi Dr. Ludwig Reinhard,
But for all the employees are complete till today. Why for specific employees, One thing i know my company is working on Batches system. So i didn't work on Batches system before i am to dealing with batches system but your info. Please check the above images shown with errors.

The Change based alerts is not related to Financial dimensions so it's not relevant here. But you can post another question if you want help with that.

Hello Shabir,

I double checked my demo system and cannot find an RS... related module or report.

This must be something that is customized.

Can you reach out to your system admins and get more information about this?

Right. I think you will need technical help here. That does not look like some standard AX functionality but rather something that has been created for your company.
