bank account reconcillation(Statement date)

hi friends,

When i select statement date as 31.03.2016 ..and clicked on suggest lines it is showing April 2016 dates are reflecting in bank statement lines as well as bank account ledger entries? is it correct

    What date filter do you select in the suggest lines? In the Starting Date field, enter the starting posting date for the ledger entries to be reconciled. In the Ending Date field, enter the ending date for these ledger entries.
