OOB workflow not triggering for a custom entity

After upgrading CRM 2016 from v8.1 to v8.2, OOB workflow is not triggered for one specific entity. They are working fine for others. But none of the worflow triggers for one custom entity. It was working fine on v8.1. If i try to run an on-demand workflow then i get error /Unable to load plugin type/ on workflow step.
