Get point (score) for questions response instead of text (from satisfaction metric)

Hi, 

Does anyone know if it is possible, in Dataverse or Power BI, to get the number value you have assigned to a response instead of the text value?

E.g. I have a matrix like this.

And I have created a satisfaction metric where I score each response from 1-5.

For reporting purposes, I would like to get the numeric value instead of the text value. 


Is it possible to get this - or do I have to build the logic / have a supporting table for this myself?
