Dear all,

Can Entral ID users automatically sync to D365 F&O master data?

One of my customer said in his company, when create a new user in Entral ID, later it will be automatically sync to D365 F&O.

I understand we can sync via flow, but he said they didn't create any flow for synchronization.

Hi YD-10050155-0,

Entra Users are not automatically imported to D365 F&O master data initially (without a batch). However, you can import the users in bulk through the Microsoft Entra ID and through a batch (You cannot select the users explicitly as a system administrator in this case).

User roles and legal entity assignments (if applicable) has to be done manually.
