i'm working on Travel and expense module . i need to reject an expense report without the ability to resubmit by the worker
In AX , reject status mean return to worker , to modifiy and to resubmit .

I see.
To prevent users from resubmitting I would say that you have to look for a system modification or check if you can handle this with the user security features. I have not done something alike so far.
Still, the idea to not allow people to correct what they might have done wrong and to resubmit their travel expense seems to be extremely cumbersome and time consuming because people might have to re-enter their expense reports multiple times until they get everything right. In my opinion this is not a best practice process flow because it can quickly frustrate people if their expense reports get rejected 2 or 3 times necessitating to re-enter everything once again.

What is your process for re-submission then?
Let's say an employee made a typing error, which results in an expense report being rejected.
Do you want that the employee enters a new expense report then and attaches all the files/documents again?

An expense report rejected will have a status rejected without any modfication . it will be shown as an
expense report rejected to both approver and worker

What do you expect to happen with the expense report in case it is rejected?
I understand that you don't want the worker to modify/resubmit it. Shall it then be deleted or what is it that you expect from AX?
