Dynamics AX 2012 R3 Error when installed Async Server

Hi all member,

i have this Error when i want to install the Async Server for Retail :

1- Microsoft Dynamics AX Commerce Data Exchange: Async Server -- Error 1722. There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected.

2- System.Management.Automation.ParameterBindingException: Unable r,cup,rer dynamic paramŠtres to the cmdlet. failure éumération SSL, error code 234. ---> Microsoft.IIs.PowerShell.Framework.ProviderException links: failure enumerating SSL error code 234 bonds.

I'm try to Install Async Server by using Windows PowerShell , but i have the same error.

If some one have a solution.

Make sure you are providing the correct port for Async Server. Try changing the port on the Configure Async Server screen on installation.Try using 8303 for https.

Hi all member,

The probleme is with : Failed to enumerate SSL bindings, error code 234 :

I tried this solution but doesn't work :

The issue should be related with registry HKLM\System\Currentcontrolset\services\http\parameters\sslbindinginfo, SSLCertStoreName key. If there are multy items, make sure that the start item have this key. Add the SSLCertStoreName key, or remove the key from all items.

IF Some one have a solution.....

It seems like it is throwing error while validating the port configuration. Make sure the port that you are using is not being used anywhere. You can check this in IIS under bindings for each site.

Also if you are configuring test environment, make sure you have created a self signed certificate and then use this for the Async server configuration.

Hi Sumit,

This error is related to enumerate SSL bindings.

i can't red the SSlBinding derectory.

I create a self signed certificate, and the port 8303 is not being used anywhere.

The solution is:

1- i delete folder SslBindingInfo in Regedit

2- Add Binding in The IIS manually.

3- insttal AsyncServer.
