Are you looking for this information in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Dynamics 365 CE or another application?
The screenshot you sent does not look familiar to me. If you need further assistance, please update the tread with the steps you are going through to get to the screenshot you provided above.

I can only see the approval when i go into the invoice and hit invoice and approvals
When your workflow is approved, check the "view history"
