i need to handle that field as RecID to be assigned with another relation through certain table PurchReqBusinessJustificationCodes but i got conflict error while adding new relation...Plz anybody help me ASAP.

This is related to replacement key on the table , you have complex primary key, please verify if the answer help you.

thanks but i found that when i add reference group;i found 2 string edit fields and i need to delete one of them but it isnt allowed in reference group?? what am supposed to do??

no problem, create the dummy field on the table defined on the relation and use related field fixed .

i got error while adding new condition in the existing relation

Only related field fixed constraint can be added to a foreign key constraint
