I am trying to log into CustomerSource with my account.
I can do it using Chrome and Firefox, but – ironically – I cannot use MS Explorer.
Everytime I trry to log in I get this message:
Sorry, you currently do not have access to this site.
To gain access associate your profile or seek additional assistance.
If I click the “associate” or “assistance” links I still get exactly the same message again and again.
It is quite frustrating…
I have somehow managed to get to the page that will allow me to associate the account and I have received an email message with a link.
If I paste this link into MS Explorer I get this message:
Sorry
An error occurred while processing your request. Please try again later. If this problem persists please contact our support team by following the link provided below.
Contact Microsoft Dynamics Support
If I paste it into Chrome it Works fine. But after doing this I still cannot log in from MS Explorer…
I have exactly the same problem in two different computers.
Has anyone had a similar experience and/or any idea of how to solve this?
